Erin Butler

Erin Butler serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration of ImageneBio and previously served as the Vice President, Finance & Administration of Inmagene Biopharmaceuticals. Ms. Butler brings more than 2 decades of experience in finance and accounting. Before joining Inmagene, she served as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Armata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE: ARMP), where she led the company’s strategic finance, human resources, and information technology functions. In this role, Ms. Butler also served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Secretary for all corporate governance matters. She also held leadership positions at INOVIO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: INO), and Apricus Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: APRI), and was an auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP, a public accounting firm. Ms. Butler has extensive experience in all aspects of financial and administrative operations and has led or participated in equity multiple financing, M&A transactions, IPOs, system implementations, clinical trial accounting oversight, as well as private and public financial reporting. She holds a BS in accounting from San Diego State University.
